Before co-founding Lord & Lords Legal Practice, Mr. Harvey served as the Managing Associate of Messrs Femi Atoyebi & Co (Ghana), a law firm specializing in Admiralty and Maritime legal matters, with operations spanning both Ghana and Nigeria. His expertise in this domain, has made him a sought-after solicitor for international shipping lines, Protection and Indemnity Clubs, and other maritime industry stakeholders.He presently also represents prominent players in the oil and gas industry, including Platon Gas Oil Ghana Limited, which is an oil refinery, here in Ghana and also Nujenix Company Limited, a key player in the downstream petroleum sector also here in Ghana.

In addition to his contributions in the Maritime sector, Mr. Harvey has acted as external Solicitor for leading banking institutions, including Zenith Bank Ghana PLC, UBA Ghana Limited, Access Bank, and Bank of Africa. His legal acumen, extends to the financial sector, where he currently serves as an external Solicitor for the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association, the umbrella body for all cooperative unions in Ghana. He is presently one of the external Solicitors for Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers which is an internationally recognized financial entity here in Ghana.

Mr. Harvey also has great passion for human and minority rights issues as evidenced by his role as an external consulting solicitor and legal resource person for FIDA Ghana, a renowned non-governmental organization dedicated to women’s, children’s, and minority rights, with a strong focus on sensitization and discrimination issues. His commitment to social justice and legal empowerment has shaped his reputation as a trusted legal advisor in the field.

Mr. Harvey’s academic credentials reflect his commitment to excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Ghana, and a Certificate in Administration from the Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA). He further honed his expertise by obtaining an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Ghana Business School.
