Laud Alan Kofi Senanu is a partner at the firm he has an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon and was called to the bar in 1983. before joining the firm Laud spent a greater part of his working life at the social security and national trust where he served in several management positions and retired as a general manager operation. Laud has also served as the CEO of the pension’s regulatory authority between 2013 and 2015. laud is a member of the institute of directors, Ghana and has vast experience in corporate law practice and corporate governance. He has previously served on several boards including home finance company, bow Republic Bank, Accra Brewery Limited, Broll Ghana ltd and Ghana students hostel company. he currently serves as the chairman for the board of trustees of the people’s pension trust and first merit trust both licensed corporate trustees. he is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
